For $100, we appear before the court and negotiate your ticket. The goal in most cases is to reduce your moving violation to a parking infraction — a non-moving violation that carries no demerit points and is not reported to the DMV or your insurance company.

When a ticket is negotiated, the client pays the court fine and, depending on the court, may also be required to complete traffic school or pay a demerit reduction fee. Those are court costs paid directly to the court — they are separate from our attorney fee.
